LOS ANGELES >>> A brief controversy over trail use in Eagle Rock flared up last week when the Metropolitan Water District erected "No Tresspassing" signs around its property near the Eagle Rock Canyon Trail.
The two sides, MWD and a trail group called "Collaborative Eagle Rock Beautiful" (CERB), seem to have solved the dispute - after local media covered the signs, the groups met last Monday to hash out an agreement, said MWD spokesman Bob Muir.
